Right Panel and Its Features

There is a Show Tools Panel button on the right side of the screen. Here you can find all the other crucial features needed for online proofing. Let's go through them and their functionality. In this guide, I'll show all the features that can be displayed; however, the number of features available to you depends on your plan, settings, and file type.
- File info: displays all relevant file information, such as format, size, resolution, etc.
- Checklist: shows a pre-defined checklist of what the reviewers have to check for in the design
- Project discussion: allows a real-time discussion with all of the external and internal reviewers.
- Reference documents: shows all the reference documents attached to the project, used to activate an AI-based Compliance report.
- Ruler: provides an estimation of the distance in pixels between objects in the file. There are also edge rulers displayed along the sides of your asset preview. They adapt to zoom levels and stay in view, giving you precise measurements.
- Eyedropper: allows you to view a document’s colors in a variety of color models, including RGB, CMYK, and PANTONE.
- Color Separation (Beta): separates the design into 4 basic CMYK color channels and spot colors
- Barcode reader: helps you to quickly check the information and validity of a barcode.
- Talk to AI: here you can ask our AI assistant for advice.
- Pick background: lets you change the color of the background for better contrast.
